There are some books that you just come back to. This is one that was a re-read for me. Helena is releasing the third book in this series about the three Mills brothers, and while I was waiting for the next book to come out this week, I did a weekend catch up on the series. I have ZERO regrets spending my weekend in the world of Helena Hunting.
Ruby is determined to make her dreams come true. Her father may be wealthy, but she’s living on Ramen noodles and the dream of Broadway, or off-Broadway, or even off-off-Broadway.
When a mysterious man kisses her, sneezes on her, and apologizes for mistaking her for someone else - things start to take a very bad turn. Literally a vomit inducing turn on stage at her audition.
Bancroft is back in the family business and heading to Europe to oversee projects for five weeks. He needs someone he trusts to care for the two girls he loves the most while he’s gone - Francesca and Tiny - his ferret and tarantula. He can't trust just anyone to watch an illegal ferret who loves mischief an getting into trouble.
Ruby needs a place to stay, Bane needs a house and pet sitter... phone calls turn flirty, and you can guess where the story goes from there.
If you’ve read Helena before you know she’s going to give you the funny, sweet, and dirty moments in a story that will take you into the world of her character and leave you wanting to stay.
I give this book twice the 4 stars as it just gets better every time.
Happy reading- keep things a little on the naughty side!
